About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced VP of Media and Acquisition to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all acquisition and media activities, driving our digital strategy forward, and leading a team of experts to drive Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global media and acquisition strategy to drive business growth
  • Lead strategic relationships with internal and external partners, including agencies, business partners, and tools providers
  • Drive innovation and transversal projects to stay ahead of the competition
  • Lead and inspire a team of experts to drive Center of Excellence

Requirements:

  • Experience in media and acquisition, both operational and strategically, in a multi-brand, global business environment
  • Experience in full funnel media with a multi-million annual spend of £5-10M and a proven track record in managing paid marketing channels, especially for a large e-commerce site
  • Travel and hospitality industry experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a proven ability to lead and manage teams, including matrix team experience and international coordination
