Sales and Account Management Role

Matched Group is seeking a Sales and Account Management professional to join their team. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading the full sales cycle from initial customer contact to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provision of exceptional customer service and account management
  • Lead generation and liaison with marketing and company representation
  • Accurate feedback and forecasting to exceed sales figures and targets
  • Customer enabling vendor engagement and relationship management

Requirements:

  • Experience of client relationship management and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a proactive approach
  • Ideal experience in the IT industry or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
