Responsibilities:

- Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments efficiently, communicating effectively with patients and medical staff.
- Billing and Payment: Process billing and payments securely, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the medical team to ensure smooth operations, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and technology advancements to enhance job performance and contribute to the organization's growth.
Requirements:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certification in healthcare administration is an asset.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role is essential.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, proficiency in using medical office software and Microsoft Office, and excellent interpersonal skills.
