About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Services Coordinator to join our team at Primarycare24. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to situations with a positive and flexible approach.
  • Ensure all patients and visitors at reception are greeted professionally and their arrival is logged into the clinical computer system.
  • Utilize IT skills, including Microsoft packages, to maintain efficient operations.
  • Flexibility to cover various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnights.
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites within our network.
