Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of Quality Control Auditors, ensuring accurate processing of rejected items and adherence to quality control procedures.
  • Maintain an organized workspace to promote productivity and consistency in quality standards.
  • Oversee data collection on rejects to aid in performance tracking and improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address issues.
  • Facilitate cross-training, support team development, and escalate issues as needed to uphold shift-wide quality expectations.

About You
We're looking for an experienced quality control leader or team leadership role within manufacturing or a warehouse environment. Your skills include:
  • Proactive problem-solving, experienced in root cause analysis and driving improvements.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
