Job Title: Quality Manager – Beverages Company

A well-established drinks specialist has an opening within their dynamic team. They are on the search for a Quality Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth running of the Technical Department.

The role as Quality Manager involves taking accountability for process monitoring and ensuring the quality of finished products that pass through the site.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage the Quality department and work with management in developing technical manufacturing standards.
  • Manage, control, train, discipline, and assess staff to meet the requirements of the job and the quality system.
  • Assist the Technical Manager in managing costs in line with budgeted requirements.
  • Identify, plan, and implement continuous training and development programmes enhancing department and people skills in line with IIP principles.
  • Ensure product is bottled to the highest possible quality standards complying with HMCE and TS requirements.
  • Responsible for controlling and monitoring departmental risk assessments, health and safety, and COSHH.
  • Control non-conforming finished products and packaging according to documented procedures.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
