You will be working closely with our production team to develop and implement processes that drive efficiency and excellence in mushroom harvesting. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about agriculture and committed to delivering results.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the harvesting process to ensure optimal quality and yield
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Conduct regular inspections to monitor quality and provide feedback to staff

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience. Our company values diversity and promotes equality.

Requirements:
