The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities Include:- Managing and maintaining the sales ledger to ensure accurate records of sales, orders, and customer interactions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by TTS and staying up-to-date on new developments and advancements in the industry.
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth, meet targets, and exceed expectations.
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the builders' merchant industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
£50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
