Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Director to join our team at Escape Recruitment Services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and customer relationships.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customers and providing exceptional levels of service. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to grow customer accounts and achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and future forecasting requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand business sales strategy and identify opportunities to grow customer accounts.
  • Provide technical product information, availability, and pricing to customers.
  • Manage and follow up on sales quotations to ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise and negotiate with internal teams to drive regular customer review meetings and point of contact throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Estimated Salary Range: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
