As an Accounts Assistant, you'll be a vital part of the finance function, working closely with the Finance Manager and a collaborative team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, accurate financial reporting, and support with various financial tasks.

Purchase Invoicing: Process high volume of purchase invoices accurately and promptly using the internal ticketing and processing system (Lightyear).
Sales Invoicing:
Run daily sales invoicing and profit reports, review data, and provide insights to senior management.
Generate and issue sales invoices using Xero accounting software.
Update and reconcile daily consolidated customer reports.
Banking & Cash Management:
Assign daily sales to invoices in the finance system.
Support the Finance Director with daily bank reconciliations and month-end reports.
Month-End Duties:
Reconcile customer portal reports.
Prepare customer consolidation reports.
Generate and issue C.I.S statements to suppliers where applicable.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide additional support as required to meet team goals.What You'll Bring:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A calm and accurate approach under pressure, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
