About the RoleThe New Business Sales team is at the forefront of driving new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business globally. Account Executives play a pivotal role in this process, covering all stages from prospecting to closing deals. They use their expertise to grow our customer base swiftly and effectively.
We're seeking an Account Executive to deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will be able to identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and drive sales through the funnel, owning the entire activation process. Key Responsibilities- Prospect and engage potential clients across various channels and touchpoints, focusing on cold-calling efforts
- Develop and execute a comprehensive lead-sourcing strategy by identifying target industries, diversifying your prospect pool, and maintaining consistent activity levels
- Build and manage your pipeline, from initial contact to deal closure and account management, maximizing adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences from onboarding to daily usage
- Work independently to balance time effectively (prospect vs. close vs. upsell), activate internal resources, and collaborate with the team
- Utilize solution-based selling techniques to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition
- Become a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and the solutions it offers, backed by relevant case studies
- Fluency in English and German
- A minimum of one year of commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting
- Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone
- High literacy skills (email, LinkedIn outreach)
- A strong interest in launching a career in a fast-paced sales environment
- Demonstrated determination and accountability to succeed in a dynamic setting
- A willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities to provide an optimal customer experience
- Curiosity and a quick learning ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Effective time management and organization skills to balance customer engagement, deal closure, and CRM administration
Our competitive salary for this position is estimated to be around €50,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on your background and experience.
