
Sales Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven Sales Business Growth Strategist to join our team at Alltruck plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the commercial vehicle rental market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling into saturated markets, with a strong ability to negotiate win-win outcomes for both Alltruck and our clients. You will be expected to manage your own activity, planning and prioritizing effectively to consider client buying cycles and progress them through the sales process.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to develop service delivery plans that meet customer requirements, while also driving rental utilisation in line with and above annual budgets. Your comprehensive understanding of commercial vehicle specification, operational advantages, and market developments will be essential in managing and delivering on client expectations.
You will also be responsible for implementing profitable rate cards across key rental accounts, producing rental reports, and capturing and communicating accurate information to drive excellent service. A strong negotiator with excellent communication skills, you will be able to constructively challenge and suggest solutions to achieve success.
