Job Summary

Contract Scotland is seeking a highly skilled Urban Planning Manager to manage land acquisition, planning, and development projects from inception to completion. As an Urban Planning Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating land acquisition, planning, and development projects, conducting research, liaising with stakeholders, and preparing planning applications.

About You:

  • You have a degree in Land/Planning or relevant field
  • You have significant experience in land acquisition, planning, and development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing land acquisition, planning, and development projects
  • Conducting research to identify potential development opportunities
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including landowners, local authorities, and planning departments
  • Preparing and submitting planning applications
  • Managing project budgets and timelines
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on land and planning matters

Salary Range: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on location and experience
