Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Jobwise Ltd. Based in Sale, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.
Job OverviewThis is an exciting chance to be part of a dynamic and supportive team, where your skills and expertise will be valued and recognised. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive secretarial support to the fee earner, including audio typing and document production.
Your duties will include:
- Providing administrative assistance to the fee earner, including managing correspondence and handling routine tasks
- Maintaining accurate and organised client files, ensuring compliance with our policies
- Reception cover on a rota basis as and when needed
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as extra holidays based on length of service, pay care scheme, flexible working patterns, and hybrid working.
If you have strong secretarial skills, including fast and accurate typing, with a focus on audio typing, and previous experience in Legal Secretarial work, we would love to hear from you.
