Job Description

This role involves providing document control and administrative support to project leads and teams, collaborating with internal departments and liaising with external partners.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Collate and validate operational and maintenance manuals for efficient distribution.
  2. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and task completion.
  3. Provide administrative support to project leads and teams, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
  4. Assist engineers with energy reports and other related tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Benefits:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
