We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team as a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing teams in various care homes across your region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and service.
Main Responsibilities- Lead by example, monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and regulatory compliance checks.
- Assist with care standards and motivate your team to ensure every resident enjoys the best possible quality of life.
- Implement action plans to ensure our residents' needs are met, working closely with the General Manager or hiring manager.
- In the absence of the General Manager, take on leadership duties and inspire a multidisciplinary team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. Previous experience in a nursing home setting is essential, along with evidence of continuous professional development. You must be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.
