About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team as a Clinical Lead. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring that our standards are met and exceeded.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for implementing our rigorous safeguarding policies, overseeing the creation of care plans, and making critical clinical decisions. You will also be responsible for coaching, training, and mentoring our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivational individual who is passionate about delivering person-centred and compassionate care. You will have a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and be able to demonstrate your knowledge through successful clinical mentorship and performance management.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. You will also need to have experience of gerontology and a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
