Care Home Clinical Lead Role

Crooton is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring that our client's care standards are met.

About the Role

As a Clinical Lead, you will use your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions, manage projects, and evolve care levels to meet the needs of our residents. You will also provide coaching, training, and mentoring to our team, ensuring that they are updated with the latest clinical developments.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You will also need to have experience in gerontology and a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
