Care Home Clinical Lead Role

Crooton is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring that our care standards are met and exceeded.

About the Role

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of care plans, implementing our rigorous safeguarding policies, and making critical clinical decisions. You will also be responsible for coaching, training, and mentoring our team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You will also need to have experience of gerontology and a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
