About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team as a Clinical Lead in one of our care homes in Truro, Cornwall. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring that our care meets the highest standards and is in line with all relevant regulations.

You will have the opportunity to use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions, manage projects, and evolve care levels to meet the needs of our residents. You will also be responsible for coaching, training, and mentoring our team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to provide excellent care.

We are looking for someone who is dedicated, motivational, and passionate about delivering person-centred and compassionate care. You will have a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and experience of gerontology is essential.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You will also need to have a strong track record of clinical mentorship and performance management.
