Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Process guest orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure that every dish meets our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Upsell and promote additional food and beverage items to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
  • Process sales and provide guests with receipts and change.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assemble and package orders to meet our brand standards.
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, even in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
