Pay Rate: Up to £11.49 per hour

Hours: 24 hours a week

Location: Edinburgh

About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at BAR+BLOCK Edinburgh. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our guests
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests
  • Assist with taking orders and serving food and drinks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
