Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team at Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and providing a high level of customer service
  • Taking orders and serving beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Helping to answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices
  • Providing excellent communication skills both orally and written
  • Working as part of a team to deliver exceptional service
