Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team at Sodexo. As a Front of House Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience in our cafes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving Guests: Serve guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages to guests.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of service and attention to detail is given to customers, with a focus on delivering the optimal client service experience.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and respectful team environment.
Requirements
  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive, friendly, and professional attitude at all times.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Presentation: Maintain a high standard of personal presentation, adhering to Sodexo's uniform and grooming standards.
