We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Staff member to join our team at Gallery of Modern Art One. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests and providing a warm and friendly welcome
  • Taking orders and serving beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
  • Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items
  • Great barista skills – but training can be provided
  • Cash handling experience
  • Commitment & passion to deliver the highest standards of customer service
  • Heaps of energy, positivity & enthusiasm, ability to work under pressure
  • Fantastic communication skills both orally and written
  • A high standard of personal presentation
