About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Pupil and Pastoral Manager to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). As a key member of our pastoral team, you will be responsible for maintaining an overview of behaviour, safeguarding, and pupil welfare, developing appropriate interventions and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact in investigating and resolving any pastoral issues, in line with the School's focus on Character Education.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents/carers, pupils, teachers, external agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement effective behaviour and safeguarding strategies.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience of working with families and external agencies to support young people.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
