Student Achievement Mentor

Job Description

We are seeking a Student Achievement Mentor to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to students, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to identify areas where students need additional support.
  • Develop personalized plans to address student needs, focusing on academic progress and personal development.
  • Assist with monitoring and tracking attendance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of behavior management policies and procedures, promoting positive behavior and resolving conflicts when necessary.
  • Deliver training sessions for parents, focusing on strategies to support their child's learning and development.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background in education, with experience working with children and young people.

A degree in a relevant subject, such as education or psychology, is essential.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
