About the Role

The Learning and Development Consultant will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy that aligns with the business objectives of Sharp UK.

This strategic position will drive the development of effective training programs, ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in designing and delivering training initiatives that yield tangible results and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a Learning and Development plan that addresses the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted interventions.
  • Establish partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Learning and Development initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Learning and Development programs, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the implementation of the E-learning platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Negotiate with external training providers to secure the best value for money.
  • Develop and maintain a range of learning materials, including guides, tutorials, and online resources.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career development and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Learning and Development, applying this knowledge to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in Organizational Learning and Development or a related field is desirable.
  • Extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information and make informed decisions.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, building effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes that meet business objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
