Learn how to make a difference in the lives of aspiring young people and adults as a Military Instructor at Learning Curve Group.

We are seeking an experienced Military Training Instructor to join our team. As a Military Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and learning experiences to our L2 qualification learners in our centres.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Mentoring and supporting learners to achieve their goals
  • Demonstrating outstanding teaching and learning skills
  • Implementing the military skills portfolios scheme of work
  • Supporting Maths/English development and tracking learner progress

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working within a uniformed service (minimum 3 years)
  • A Military or civilian Physical Training qualification
  • GCSE Maths & English qualification desirable
  • Knowledge of vocational qualifications or the education sector
  • A Teaching qualification or experience of teaching/instructing

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
