Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias
Location: Theale, Berkshire
Salary: £43,000
Hours: Monday to Friday
Type: Permanent
PRS is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias to provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, covering electrical and mechanical disciplines, and to supervise subcontractors while on site. The role involves reactive and proactive maintenance to ensure compliance and meet operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide multi-skilled maintenance services covering electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Perform reactive and proactive maintenance to meet operational and compliance requirements.
- Oversee and supervise subcontractors while on-site.
- Maintain a range of Electrical/Mechanical Building Services equipment, including:
- LV systems
- General lighting
- Building controls
- Small power and distribution
- BMS systems
- Other equipment in modern commercial/industrial premises.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical/Mechanical installation/maintenance.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in electrical building services and plant engineering.
- Ability to pass security clearance.
