About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Specialist to join our team at Marsh Commercial, a leading insurance broker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Client Executives to retain and generate new business, leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.
  • Partner with Client Executives to meet sales goals, focusing on client needs and delivering best-in-class service.
  • Manage all aspects of account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to drive growth and improve the client experience.
  • Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs, answering standard or more difficult client questions to enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market conditions and comply with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards to better serve clients.

Requirements

  • Strong business development skills, with a focus on commercial insurance knowledge and experience.
  • Commercial insurance knowledge across a broad range of products or experience within other areas of insurance, such as contingency and PPL.
  • Experience in policy document drafting and a keen contributor within a team environment.
  • Ambitious nature, with strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
  • CII qualification and commercial insurance experience.
