Insurance Account Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our Corporate & Commercial team in Reading. As an Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' insurance requirements, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in achieving client retention targets by delivering outstanding service and support.
- Liaise effectively with Account Executives to develop and implement renewal strategies, attend client meetings, and action meeting points.
- Process adjustments in line with procedures, including notification to insurers, issue of revised documentation, and collection of additional premiums.
- Working knowledge of General Insurance and the CII's Code of Ethics and GDPR.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience dealing with SME or commercial clients.
- Good level of technical insurance skills, to be assessed by regular in-house testing.
