Insurance Account Handler Role
We are seeking an Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As an Insurance Account Handler, you will play a key part in our business, speaking to customers and providing advice on new products, renewals, and ensuring we understand their needs, and provide products and services that exceed their expectations and retain their loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer inquiries, understanding their needs, and providing insurance solutions that meet their requirements
- Ensuring customer calls are answered in a timely and professional manner, and that exceptional customer experience is always delivered
- Processing correspondence, renewals activity, and new business quotations
- Ensuring all workflow activity is completed in accordance with approved business processes
- Complying with all approved procedures, customer service standards, and external regulatory bodies
- Achieving and maintaining the required competencies for the role
- Identifying and handling customer complaints within the company's complaints procedure
Essential Criteria:
- Engaging personal communication style
- Positive attitude, resilient, adaptive, receptive, and articulate
- Previous experience in sales or service, preferably in public-facing industries such as insurance, retail, and hospitality
