Insurance Account Handler

We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our Corporate & Commercial team in Reading. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Mid-Market / Corporate clients, ensuring their insurance requirements are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving client retention targets by delivering outstanding service and support.
- Liaise closely with Account Executives to develop and implement effective renewal strategies, attending client meetings as necessary and actioning meeting points.
- Issue renewal documentation in line with contract certainty, ensuring seamless transitions for clients.
- Process adjustments in accordance with procedures, including notification to insurers, issue of revised documentation, and collection of additional premiums.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of General Insurance and adherence to the CII's Code of Ethics and GDPR.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in dealing with SME or commercial clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong technical insurance skills, to be assessed through regular in-house testing.
- GCSEs A-C in Maths & English.
