Commercial Client Advisor

Marsh Commercial is seeking a talented Commercial Client Advisor to join our team in Reading. As a key member of our client-focused broking team, you will work on a variety of complex commercial insurance policies, providing expert advice and guidance to our clients.

About the Role

We offer a hybrid working model that balances collaboration and flexibility. You will work on all aspects of account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards. Your strong business development skills and commercial insurance knowledge will enable you to build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide expert advice and guidance on commercial insurance products and services.
Requirements
  • Strong business development skills and commercial insurance knowledge across a broad range of products.
  • Experience in policy document drafting and client-facing stakeholder management.
  • Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment.
  • Articulate with strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
