About the Role

The Centura Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of approximately 150 vehicles, ensuring that they are operating efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency and reduce fleet costs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
  • Communicate with insurance brokers and arrange insurance for drivers and vehicles
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and processes related to fleet operations
  • Manage vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules to minimize downtime
  • Monitor driver behavior and maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections and services
  • Monitor and control fleet costs to ensure they remain within budget
  • Provide carbon reporting for vehicles

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Accurate record keeping
