As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of approximately 150 vehicles, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations, and implementing effective policies and processes to optimize fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Ensure accurate and detailed records of vehicle inspections and services
  • Monitor fleet costs and ensure they remain within budget
  • Communicate with insurance brokers and organize insurance for drivers and vehicles
  • Assist in drafting and implementing policies and processes for fleet operations
  • Manage vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules
  • Monitor driver behavior and performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
  • Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
  • Time management and organizational skills
