Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Devon and provide HR support and guidance to management and employees. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, implementing best practices, and contributing to the success of Wise Employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Manage complex employment-related cases, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Support: Respond to HR queries from management and employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
  • Recruitment: Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a temporary or contract position.
  • Proven track record of implementing effective HR solutions and improving employee engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive paid weekly salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (FTE), equivalent to £5,769 - £6,536 per month.
