As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Altilium, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for recruitment and a desire to make a meaningful impact.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for supporting the full cycle recruitment process, from candidate attraction to onboarding.
  • Schedule and support online and face-to-face interviews to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organise attendance and resources for recruitment-related events, showcasing Altilium's commitment to excellence.
  • Research talent and approach potential candidates through headhunting initiatives, focusing on scarce niche skills sets when necessary.
  • Lead recruitment-related and candidate experience projects to drive business growth and employee satisfaction.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment role within a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Full working knowledge of the recruitment life cycle, including onboarding and right to work checks, is essential.
  • Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus, especially if you can support its development.
  • Ability to be regularly on-site in our Plymouth office is a must.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
