About the Opportunity:

Talent Finder Careers is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Sales Executive in Plymouth and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time position with flexible hours from Monday to Friday, requiring 37.5 hours of work per week. The estimated salary for this role is £22,500-£25,000, with an uncapped OTE (On-Target Earnings) of £35,000-£40,000.

Job Details:

This role involves working outdoors, conducting door-to-door sales, and connecting with people in a professional manner. The ideal candidate should have retail or hospitality experience and be ready to take the next step in their career.

The successful candidate will have great communication skills, be resilient, and up for a challenge. Sales experience is not necessary, just a desire to work in sales and win.
