Supporting Students with SEND and SEMH Needs

**Role Overview**
We are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to work with students aged 16 years and over who require additional support due to severe SEND/SEMH needs. This is a long-term, full-time role based in the Borough of Ealing, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm.
The ideal candidate will be a high-achieving graduate with a strong academic background, preferably in Psychology. They will possess a passion for working with vulnerable young people and have extensive knowledge of SEND/SEMH needs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students, supporting them to develop life skills and achieve their full potential. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and specialists to deliver targeted interventions and strategies to promote student success.
A competitive salary of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role, along with opportunities for specialized training and a supportive team environment.
