About the Role

We are seeking a capable service delivery manager who is passionate about supporting parents and infant feeding to lead our Hackney Parent Support project. This community-based role will involve managing the project staff team, leading on perinatal peer support, and engaging with communities through networking with other local organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the project staff team
  • Lead on perinatal peer support across the region
  • Engage with communities through networking with other local organisations
  • Report progress on project status, timelines, and delivery against key performance indicators
  • Participate in local perinatal networking and task groups

Requirements

  • Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with a wide range of people
  • Ability to confidently prioritise work, be highly organised, and work independently
  • Good IT skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to make decisions and respond appropriately to stakeholders
