Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Abingdon. The successful candidate will have a full, clean manual driving license and previous experience in estate agency or a related field.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and checking properties for tenancy, instructing contractors, conducting check-ins, checkouts, and inspections, and advising clients accordingly. You will also have the opportunity to study for and achieve the industry-recognized Propertymark qualification and become a member of ARLA within 18 months of joining us.

Key Tasks:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties
