Your Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our EMEA Technical Support team, your primary duties will include:

  • Leveraging your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining open communication channels with customers throughout the issue resolution process
  • Collaborating closely with our Development teams to identify and address software defects
