The Downstream segment focuses on refining, logistics, power generation, and the marketing of crude oil, petroleum, and petrochemical products and related services to international and domestic customers. The Corporate segment offers supporting services, including human resources, finance, and information technology.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of clerical duties across our growing organization. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure the efficient operation of the office to which you are assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform highly confidential administrative duties
  • Manage complex diary/calendar
  • Organize travel itineraries, visa applications, and handle expenses
  • Compose, edit, and review confidential correspondence
  • Compile statistical information, reports, and presentations
  • Perform office management and other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia
  • Minimum of 5 years of solid and continuous experience as a professional Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Proven track record of providing outstanding high-level support
  • Highly adaptable with excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
  • Strong written and oral English skills, attention to detail, initiative, and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
