Job Description:
We are seeking a Psychology Graduate to work as a Teaching Assistant in schools within Ashford, supporting primary and secondary-aged pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). In this role, you will ensure that work set by the regular teacher is delivered effectively, manage classroom behaviour, and help students continue their progress in learning.

- Positive attitude, flexibility, and resilience.
- Willingness to undergo relevant background checks and obtain necessary clearances.
- Hold an enhanced child-only DBS on the update service or be willing to get a new one.
