Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Records Administrator to join our team at Nuffield Health North Staffs Hospital. As a Medical Records Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of patient records, while providing exceptional customer service to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality administration support to our clinical teams, ensuring that patient records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prioritize a busy workload and manage competing demands to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Remain calm under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail, with experience in medical records management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, families, and staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
