We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Facilitator to join our Quality and Clinical Performance Directorate at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Safety and Risk Management in providing specialist clinical and non-clinical risk management advice to clinical services and corporate services.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that incidents are reported and investigated using appropriate recognised techniques and specialist risk knowledge, and that staff are trained on how to report incidents, investigate where necessary, and cascade and embed lessons learned.
- Provide and present reports on incidents as required for subgroups and committees, highlighting trends, outcomes, and recommendations that can be shared across the Trust.
- Provide advice on both clinical and non-clinical risk management to individuals, managers, and staff.
- Deliver the Trust's risk management training program.
- Support the Head of Risk Management with external reporting requirements, including the updating of reporting systems, data quality reviews, and report generation.

- An understanding of the use of graphs, charts, and statistical terms in order to present trends.
