With a strong reputation built on delivering exceptional results, they are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead their sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving business growth and a deep understanding of the target markets.

Job Description
This exciting opportunity involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to meet company growth targets, and building and maintaining a pipeline of high-value projects. You will also represent the company at industry events, leveraging your extensive network of contacts to drive business growth and develop tailored proposals, presentations, and bids for clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within Security Fencing, Renewable Energy, and Civil work sectors.
* Develop and implement business strategies to meet company growth targets.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value opportunities.
* Represent the company at industry events, networking events, and trade shows.
* Leverage an extensive network of contacts within the security fencing, renewable energy, and civil sectors.
* Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and bids tailored to client needs.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements while maintaining strong client relationships.
* Monitor and analyze business development opportunities.
* Provide regular reports to senior management on progress, market trends, and opportunities.

What We Offer
* Estimated salary: £52,000 - £62,000 DOE + Negotiable Bonus + Company Car + Private Healthcare + Company Pension Scheme + Company Bonuses.
