Business Development Executive

We are seeking a confident, tenacious, and professional individual to join our client's small office in Thetford, Norfolk. The working hours are 8am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary and Benefits:
The basic salary is £26,000 per annum, with uncapped commission paid monthly, projected at an additional £2,000 per annum.
About the Role:
This is a permanent office-based position, working as part of an 8-member team that is experiencing growth, taking the team size to 12 members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct proactive B2B sales calls using cold and warm leads to screen and qualify prospects
* Manage incoming call-backs from clients
* Collaborate with marketing and market research teams on findings and strategies
